The location allowed easy access to several attractions. i liked the friendly staff. the hotel had lockers available. Using them before room time was simple (very useful!).
The room lacked a wardrobe. there was no table either. i found the breakfast area quite small. It seemed overcrowded at times.

the rooms were super clean! and the staff were very friendly . the king bed was comfortable. i also appreciated the tasty breakfast option, available for a small extra charge.
The room was quite small. There was nowhere to put my suitcase without it being in the way.

I stayed for a night and found the front office staff really helpful. roswita provided a very kind check-in. livia, the front office manager, was great and informative. the hotel's location is excellent. It is very close to the spire (only a minute's walk).

The breakfast was not GREAT. i found the selection quite limited. the staff seemed underprepared for the number of guests. the room lacked sufficient storage space. There was nowhere to properly hang clothes or store luggage.
